About Laura
A 26 year resident of Toms River and long time agent in Monmouth and Ocean County, I have a vast knowledge of the area. I have seven years of Real Estate management experience and five years as Broker/Owner of my own Real Estate company.
Due to recent market condition and the loss of my husband and company co-owner, I decided to merge Thatcher Realty with Century 21 Pacesetter Realty, Toms River. With this merge, we are offering one dynamic office with double the sales force to better serve your Real Estate needs.
I am a New Jersey Licensed Real Estate instructor, Notary Public, and past Chairperson of the Adult Community Outreach Committee of the Ocean County Board of Realtors. My expertise in adult communities has led to developing the "Guide to Adult Communities in Ocean County" that several Real Estate companies still use today.
